We all know the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would want to be treated.
Let’s be real here. If you are reading this, you never needed that rule because it is just how you are.
We need another rule.

The Golden Sparkle Rule: Treat yourself as well as you treat others.
If you wouldn’t tolerate someone treating your partner, friend, or kid that way… that’s a big sign you don’t deserve it either.
